Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 per annum depending on experience

Our client, PWR Advanced Cooling Technology, an Australian owned company, is a global market leader in the design and manufacture of high performance, automotive cooling solutions. As a worldwide leader in cooling technologies, PWR supplies high profile race teams in Formula 1, NASCAR, V8 Supercars, WRC, DTM, and LMP among others. PWR employs over 500 staff globally, with operations in Australia, the USA and the UK.

Our client’s newly established facility at Rugby is expanding rapidly and they are seeking a self motivated, organised and customer service focused Sales Support Administrator to support their sales processes.

The Sales Support Administrator will have previous experience in an administration role with direct customer interaction and take pride on their organisation skills and strong work ethic.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Direct sales and order related communication with current and future customers
• Creation of despatch notes and associated carrier shipping documents
• Sales analysis, including reporting
• Raising purchase orders
• Creation of stock receipts and supplier invoices
• Assisting with preparation of information for auditors and tax advisors as required
• Development and maintenance of office administration systems and procedures
• Raising sales orders and raising and sending sales invoices.

Person specification:

• Sales administration experience, including analytics, reporting, scheduling and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
• The ability to be polite and professional when dealing with customers
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft, Excel and PowerPoint experience
• Ability to communicate information to all levels across the business
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and tidy workplace
• Be able to work autonomously and be self-driven.
